Visa approvals typically take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the property type and application route.

— Prime locations like Creek Harbour, Business Bay, and Dubai Marina offer 6-7% net yields.

— Emerging areas such as JVC, JVT, Al Majan, and Silicon Oasis yield 6-8%.

— High-yield zones including Studio City, Sports City, and Dubai South reach up to 7-9% net.

Can everything be handled remotely?

Yes. From property selection to purchase and property management — we handle the full process online.

What are your fees?

— Off-plan projects: Commission is paid directly by the developer — no cost to you.

— Secondary market: Buyer commission is 2%, in line with UAE regulations.
